Laura Huber is a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Surprise, Arizona, dedicated to fostering mental wellness and personal growth. She holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Psychology. With over fifteen years of diverse experience, Laura has worked in various counseling settings and now operates her own practice, Mindful Mountain Counseling, PLLC, treating clients in Arizona, Louisiana, Idaho, and South Dakota.

Laura specializes in individual therapy for adults and adolescents (age 14+) providing tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Her therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
